Where to leave large during visit of the Moscow Kremlin?

Weapons and sharp items are not allowed in the Moscow Kremlin.

Large suitcases, backpacks and bags are not allowed either. The dimensions of your hand luggage must be no larger than 30cm x 40cm x 20 cm.

Visitors can leave large items in the storage room located to the left of the staircase leading to the main entrance. Operating hours: 9:00 am to 6:30 pm. Service breaks: 11:00 am to 11:30 am, 3:30 pm to 4:00 pm.

Religious services  in the Moscow Kremlin’s churches

Visitors are allowed to visit religious services held in the Moscow Kremlin’s functional churches, but a visit authorization request is required. Requests are reviewed by the Moscow Patriarchate and personal invitations to a divine service are sent to applicants.
