Tattooing is an art too. In an attempt to keep up with the fashion trends, the human body serves as a canvass for “artists with needles” skilled in creating unique pictures. A record number of participants is expected to attend the 10th tattoo festival where professionals can share their experience with each other and purchase the latest tools. The best tattoo artists from all over Russia will present their ready-made works to the public and will leave a trace of themselves on the skin of models chosen from among the audience (visitors to the pavilion must be 16+).© 2016-2019 moscovery.com
