Moscow’s New Opera Theatre invites all connoisseurs of classical music to the concert, Johann Strauss: The Waltz King. There could have been even more waltzes if it had not been for Strauss I’s jealousy for his son’s success. Strauss the Father often deprived the talented Strauss the Son of his violin, prevented him from signing entrepreneur contracts and refused to grant him the orchestra conductor licence.© 2016-2019 moscovery.com
